The School Advisory Commission (SAC) is called to a positive, forward-looking model of discussion intended to help the school realize ongoing goals and objectives that enhance student learning and character formation. It is the principal consultative body to the Principal and the Pastor, and as such, exists to offer advice in certain matters of school development, but does not make administrative decisions. The SAC is not a governing board or executive committee and does not follow the model of an elected public school board. The SAC meets every other month throughout the school year.

Parents of Presentation Students (POPS)
POPS supports Presentation of Mary School through fundraising, volunteerism, promotions, and development resulting in the best Catholic education that we can provide for our children. We establish a calendar budget, list of activities to support, and a yearly tangible goal benefiting the Presentation student body.
Membership: POPS membership is open to parents/guardians and faculty of Presentation of Mary School. This organization strongly encourages and highly recommends active participation to ensure successful endeavors. Time spent volunteering for fund raisers and spirit events counts towards your volunteer hour requirement.
POPS Fundraisers: Catholic Schools raffle and collection of Box Tops for Education.
All money raised goes directly back to the school. The majority of fund raising is given to the church for school operating funds, other uses for funds raised include:
- Field trips
- Classroom start up expenses
- Spirit events (bonfire, ice skating, Halloween party, etc.)
- End of year teacher breakfast

Panther Pride Auction & Benefit
The Panther Pride Auction & Benefit is one of the most exciting and successful events of the year. Held in November, we are always looking for new attendees, donations, volunteers, sponsors and advertisers. For more information, click HERE
Catholic United Financial Raffle
Each Spring, Presentation School students (along with students of about 50 other Catholic Schools in Minnesota and neighboring states) sell tickets for a raffle sponsored by Catholic Financial. Prizes are donated by Catholic United Financial and typically include a car, vacation packages, sporting event tickets and a variety of other prizes. During the month of selling tickets, Presentation School students participate in pep rallies and contests that support the raffle. For more information, click here.
There are numerous other ways you can help out with the daily life of Presentation School. We rely on volunteer assistance for things such as recess supervision, help in the office, library volunteers, field trip chaperones, and many others. There are options to commit to a recurring role or on an as-needed basis. We love seeing friends and family get more involved in our community and know that you will find it rewarding as well.
