My Favorite Saint: I enjoy learning about saints but I don’t have a favorite. My confirmation saint is St. Elizabeth and my favorite Bible verse is the popular Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Go check out the movie Soul Surfer to see how powerful that verse can be!
My Favorite Outside of Work Activity: My favorite hobby is collecting new recipes and then never making them, LOL!
My Favorite Children’s Book: I love the Froggy picture books by Jonathan London. There is a book about every topic that relates to young ones. I even read Froggy Goes to School to my own high school aged kids before their first day at school!
My Favorite Place to Visit: I love visiting new-to-me restaurants. I get tired of going to the same places and love discovering new places to eat out.
Education: I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the College of St. Catherine and I hold a K-6 MN Teaching License.
My Teaching Philosophy: My job is to love the littles! I believe making personal connections with each child and learning all I can about them will lead to lifelong learning.
